Wobbly bits update

I ran 6k for the first time today!!! It took me about 40 minutes (including short walking breaks) but I did it... And boy do my legs feel it. However I'm very proud of myself, because I got up a 7am, walked 1 mile to the new Cotswold Leisure Centre in Cirencester, had a 20 minute swim and then worked up a sweat on the treadmill, before walking back up the hill again to go to work! If you would like to Sponsor my wobbly bits! in the Cancer Research Race for Life, don't forget you can do it online or if you'd prefer, let me know via e-mail/text etc and I'll put you down on my form.

Wish we had a bath here. The shower doesn't quite cut it in the 'relax' stakes.
