Bake with Kay!

Hello there happy souls and welcome to my kitchen.

It is ever so nice to be here this afternoon with you and to share and embrace my love of the stove and sink. Heavens, who wouldn't want to be chained to either!

But seriously, there is an importance to my being here today, and that is to help out my dear Irish friend John, who is in danger of becoming undernourished and friendless if someone does not come to his rescue. John has been living on a gaseous diet of baked beans on toast and if his nutrition levels and tastebuds are not rectified soon, his rectum may find itself overworked and underpaid.

And thus it is with greatest pleasure, that I Kay of the kitchen, have composed this compendium of deliciously fabulous recipes for the not so metrosexual, modern day man... After all, a woman's place is most defiently in the... pub!
